The Pennsylvania National Horse Show is an ideal marketing venue for reaching all facets of the horse industry – owner, trainer, rider and fan. Over 1,200 horses from across the United States compete in Harrisburg each October attracting over 20,000 spectators during the ten days of competition. The Pennsylvania National Horse Show is unique. Everything is indoors – the main arena, the stabling, the exercise ring and the vendor booths.

The show begins with "Junior Weekend" – the first 4 days – with pony and junior competition highlighted by the Randolph College/USEF National Junior Jumper Championships and the Pessoa/USEF National Equitation Medal Finals by Randolph College. The following week of competition will showcase Hunters and Jumpers and have a variety of special attractions each evening designed to attract spectators. The always popular PA Big Jump and Grand Prix de Penn National will continue to be the keystone events of the final week.

The typical attendee at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show has an above average income and a true interest in, not just horse related, but a variety of items. With the horse show being in October, a large number of shoppers are buying Christmas gifts and return annually to their favorite shops.
The basic vendor space on the main concourse is 10' deep and 18' wide. Both the general public and exhibitors visit the main concourse to shop. Prices include electric where possible and back and side drapes. Tents that block the view of adjoining booths are discouraged. Other spaces are available on the lower concourse, NorthEast building and a limited number of trailer spaces in the Expo Hall which get mostly exhibitor traffic. The Horse Show purchases the parking lot in order to allow free parking.

Prior year's concessionaires have first priority on space until April 30th at which point placement is at the discretion of the committee.
