PENNSYLVANIA NATIONAL HORSE SHOW FOUNDATION ELECTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS AND OFFICERS

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania National Horse Show Foundation appointed new officers and elected seven new members to the Foundation’s Board of Directors on Monday, March 7. Joining the PNHS Foundation Board of Directors are Chance Arakelian, Matt Cyphert, Missy Clark, Gary Duffy, Tim Gougen, Frank Madden, and Mike Rosser.

“Each of the newly elected board members brings with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the horse industry, and we’re thrilled to welcome them,” said Susie Shirk, Executive Director of the PNHS Foundation. “Having such a strong board will only allow us to continue to make the horse show better and better each year.”

Heading the Board of Directors will be newly appointed Chairman Max Hempt. Hempt previously served as the 1st Vice Chair and will step into the Chairman role long held by Thomas Bross.

“Tom served as our chairman for six years, and we really can’t say thank you enough to him for his work in the role,” said Shirk. “While no longer at the helm, I know he will continue to be a valuable part of the Board of Directors. Similarly, Max Hempt and his family have been an integral part of the PNHS, and we’re proud to have Max now filling the Chairman position.”
