The PNHS Foundation was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 1999 and has remained dedicated to “Enriching Lives Through Equestrian Sport.” Each year, the Foundation awards grants exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, allowing organizations to educate others, provide veterinary care, purchase therapy equipment, offer student scholarship funds and much more.

Grant funding is made possible thanks to generous donors and the sponsors and supporters of the Pennsylvania National Horse Show, held each October at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA. In 2023, the PNHS Foundation was able to award more than $75,000 across a record total 46 groups, and the organization aims to further increase that funding and positive impact in 2024.

Completed applications can be submitted by mail to PNHS Foundation, P.O. Box 6815, Harrisburg, PA 17112, or by email to susie@PAnational.org.

Following the conclusion of the 2024 Pennsylvania National Horse – to be held October 10-20 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA – all grant applications will be reviewed, with the recipients named and funding allocations awarded in January 2025.
