You Spoke, We Listened

Due to popular demand, the PA National Horse Show WILL be reinstating the Amateur Owner Jumper Section into the 2016 schedule.  As you may know, the popular U25 Jumper Section has also been added to the competition schedule.

The $13,000 AO Jumper Section, presented by Telluride/Diane Carney, will include the following individual classes:

  • $1,500 Amateur Owner Jumper, Time First Jump-off, Table II, sec. 2(a)- 1.40m on Wednesday, October 19th
  • $1,500 Amateur Owner Jumper, Time First Round, Table II, sec.1- 1.40m on Thursday, October 20th
  • $10,000 The Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic, Time First Jump-off, Table II, sec 2(a) 1.45m

The SHJOF Jumper Classic will run on Friday, October 21st in honor and memory of Frank D. Chapot, Class of 1994.

PNHS will be accepting 20 horses with no more than 2 horses per rider to fill the section.

 “PNHS is pleased to announce the A/O Jumper Section will be presented by Telluride/Diane Carney”, stated Susie Webb, PNHS Executive Director.  “Diane was instrumental in getting the A/O Jumper Division back on the schedule.”

 “It is important for us to support the indoor year end shows, not only as competitors but on the sponsor side as well”, noted Carney.  “We are truly pleased the PNHS management reviewed the needs of the exhibitors and reinstated the A/O Jumpers into the competition schedule”.
